Our magnetic filters (magnetic separators) remove particles and impurities from granules, food, metals and liquids cost-effectively and without any consumables./p>
Magnetic filters are able to remove ferritic particles from process fluids, such as cooling water, emulsions, grinding oil and washing water, etc. The basis of a magnetic filter is the magnetic force of the magnetic field. The magnetic field force exerts a force on ferritic particles, such as E.g. iron, steel, hard metal, stainless steel, etc.
Different materials are used for permanent magnets. Taking into account the special application limits, magnets made of rare earths (neodymium magnets) offer the highest flux density and therefore the greatest attraction for dirt particles. The disadvantage is that the material is very susceptible to corrosion and must therefore always be protected by a coating or a stainless steel cladding tube. In addition, neodymium magnets are only temperature-resistant up to a maximum of 80 °C. During continuous use, the maximum temperature should be limited to approx. 60 °C.

Somit bleibt das Magnetfeld auch dauerhaft bestehen, außer der Magnet wird beschädigt oder zerstört. Von Ihren Magnetfiltern können Sie also dauerhafte Leistung erwarten.
Note on adhesive force
The adhesive forces determined by us were determined at room temperature on a polished plate made of steel S235JR (ST37) with a thickness of 10 mm with the magnet pulled off vertically (1kg~10N). A deviation of up to -10% compared to the specified value is possible in exceptional cases.
