Our Ferro strip is self-adhesive on the back so you can turn literally any surface into one that is magnetically attractive. Our self-adhesive steel tape allows non-metallic surfaces to accept magnetic products, ideal for use on wooden shelving and virtually anywhere else where metal surfaces are not present. Used for circumstances where metal surfaces are not present. Our self-adhesive steel tape allows non-metallic surfaces to accept magnetic products. Typical usage would be to attach steel tape to the surface, the strip is now ready to accept magnetic items such as our Magnetic Self-adhesive Strip and Memo Magnets etc. This can then be removed/replaced as many times as required just from one fixing.

Use with small but powerful Neodymium magnets to create stunning displays at home, in the office or at school and never have to use fiddly drawing pins again. Ferrous foils are covered with a plastic film and have been treated with iron particles to achieve an magnetically adhesive effect. It is not the same as a full metallic surface, such as refrigerators. Therefore, we recommend that our customers only use neodymium magnets in conjunction with our ferrous foils. Only these magnets generate enough power to keep magnetic notes, photos, etc. on the ferrous foil.
