Neodymium rectangular channel magnets are powerful, U-shaped magnetic assemblies built for heavy-duty mounting, holding and fixing applications. They are constructed with strong neodymium block magnets encased in a nickel-plated steel channel for maximum holding power. Channel magnets have one or two counterbore/countersunk holes for attaching M3 standard flat-head screws, nuts and bolts. Neodymium magnet sunken in to a steel shell meaning that the north pole is on the centre of the magnetic face and the south pole is on the outer edge around it. An added advantage of pot magnets is that they are resistant to chipping or cracking following constant impact with a steel surface.

Note on adhesive force

The adhesive forces determined by us were determined at room temperature on a polished plate made of steel S235JR (ST37) with a thickness of 10 mm with the magnet pulled off vertically (1kg~10N). A deviation of up to -10% compared to the specified value is possible in exceptional cases.

Classy look and high-quality material

Thanks to the elegant look of our Channel magnet Neodymium 120 x 13,5 x 5 mm with countersunk borehole, they can be placed where they are clearly visible.

  • Channel magnet Neodymium 120 x 13,5 x 5 mm with countersunk borehole - holds 40 kg
  • Neodymium stainless steel-cased channel magnet with one or two countersunk holes provides a secure fixing
  • Neodymium NdFeB Rare Earth channel magnet ideal for door latches, attaching signage or simple tool storage, includes countersunk hole for screw mounting
  • Channel magnets consist of a U-shaped steel profil into which a neodymium block magnet is embedded
  • This design strengthens the holding power of the magnet enormously at direct contact with a counterpart
  • Additionally, the steel coating protects the fragile magnet from damages caused by repeated blows
  • Thanks to the existing countersunk hole, you can securely fasten the channel magnets with countersunk screws to suitable surfaces. They can also be easily set into grooves
